2010 UCI Road Cycling World Championships

29 September – 3 October 2010

The 2010 UCI Road Cycling World Championships are coming to Geelong and will provide a wonderful showcase for the sport of cycling in Australia.  This will be the first time this event has ever been staged in the Southern Hemisphere.  The Time Trial events will be staged in Melbourne, followed by the Road Races staged in Geelong across the final weekend.  This will be one of the largest events ever hosted in Geelong, when we welcome the World’s best male and female cyclists to our Region for a weekend of world-class cycling.
